Cancellation Policy

At Save a Child Foundation, we value the trust and support of our donors, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling donations, event registrations, and other services associated with the Foundation.

1. Donation Cancellation

• Donations made to Save a Child Foundation are voluntary and are generally non-refundable.
• If a donation has been made in error, duplicated, or an incorrect amount has been charged, the donor may request cancellation within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to banking procedures.

2. Recurring Donations

• Donors enrolled in a recurring donation program may cancel future donations at any time.
• The cancellation request should be submitted at least 3 working days before the next scheduled donation date to avoid the next payment being processed.

3. Event or Program Registration

• Registrations for workshops, awareness programs, training sessions, or fundraising events may be cancelled by informing the Foundation in advance.
• If any registration fee is applicable, the refund (if eligible) will be processed according to the specific event’s terms and conditions.

4. Cancellation by Save a Child Foundation

Save a Child Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, campaign, or program due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient participation, natural disasters, government regulations, or other unavoidable reasons. In such cases, participants will be informed promptly, and any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

To request a cancellation or report an incorrect transaction, please contact us with the following details:

• Transaction/Donation Reference Number
• Date of Transaction
• Amount
• Reason for Cancellation
